Provides clients with insight into the mood of the
nation, then helps them, in workshops, understand the
implications of this for their business decisions - both strategic
and tactical.
It provides very deep insight and has proven to be predictive - early
warnings of significant trends emerge before
the media and large quantitative surveys pick them up. Competitive advantage
lies in hearing of trends early. Clients in the Landmark syndicate hear
them within two weeks.
Landmark's basis is qualitative research run three
times a year. The unique feature of this research is that it has
no agenda except to hear from ordinary people what the issues of the day
are. These can be of any kind - personal, social, financial, political
etc - but all from people's own perspective. We examine, with them, how
the issues might be influencing their attitudes and behaviour.
We present the outcome of the groups as "Key
Dynamics" which we then use as the basis for creative
and constructive thinking in workshops.
The cost of YCP Landmark is around £23,000
for a year's participation (3 rounds of 8 group discussions and three
tailored workshops). Smaller tranches can be discussed.
